Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.
Payment must be completed in full as per the booking confirmation.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the property, neighbours, and community rules.
Any damages or losses caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.
Illegal activities, parties, or unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited.

Monty Holiday Home Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
Property descriptions and photos are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but slight variations may occur.

Liability

Monty Holiday Home is not liable for:

Personal injury, loss, or theft during your stay.
Disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., utility outages, force majeure events).
