Monty Holiday Home manages short-term and mid-term rental properties in Dubai on behalf of property owners. Our service can include DET holiday home permits, property setup, listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance, inspections and monthly owner reporting.
Monty Holiday Home works primarily on a revenue-share management model. The management fee depends on the property and the services required. Any applicable onboarding, maintenance or additional service costs are explained to the owner before starting.
Yes. We review the property’s location, building, unit type, condition, furnishing and expected market demand before recommending a rental strategy. Not every property performs better as a short-term rental, and we will tell an owner if we believe another rental model may make more sense.
Yes. Monty manages both short-term and mid-term rentals. Depending on the property and market conditions, we may use a combination of nightly, monthly and longer stays to improve occupancy and overall performance.
Yes. Owners can reserve dates for their own use, subject to existing confirmed bookings. Owner stays should be communicated in advance so the calendar can be blocked correctly.
Owners receive monthly statements showing the property’s rental activity, applicable expenses and the amount due to the owner. Payments are transferred according to the agreed monthly payment cycle.
Monty coordinates the operational management of the property, including cleaning, inspections and maintenance. Maintenance costs are communicated and handled according to the management agreement and the nature of the work required.
Properties operated as licensed holiday homes in Dubai must comply with DET requirements. Monty can manage the holiday home permit process and ongoing operational requirements for properties under our management.
