Yes. Monty homes are registered with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, and each listing shows its holiday home permit number.
What are the check-in and check-out times? +
Check-in is from 4pm to 10pm and check-out is by 11am. Each home confirms its times on the listing.
Is booking secure? +
Yes. When you book, you complete payment on our secure booking platform, RentalReady. Monty's website never sees or stores your card details.
Can I book for a month or longer? +
Yes. Stays of 30 nights or more are welcome. Choose your dates and the price updates for a longer stay.
Is there a security deposit? +
Our homes don't currently ask for one. If that ever changes for a home, the amount is shown before you pay.
